It's a Piet Boon floating house, it's meant as a demo for the builder of these kinds of houses. It was laying behind CS for a couple of months so people who are interested in buying a "waterkavel" on IJburg could see how a floating house could look like. It's probably heading home (I think that's somewhere in Flevoland). I'll post a comment here when I can see it out of my window ;-) Shall I give away the secret of the floating house?…….

It’s a Piet Boon floating house, it’s meant as a demo for the builder of these kinds of houses. It was laying behind CS for a couple of months so people who are interested in buying a “waterkavel” on IJburg could see how a floating house could look like.

It’s probably heading home (I think that’s somewhere in Flevoland). I’ll post a comment here when I can see it out of my window ;-)
