On page 20 of dutch magazine De Pers (available as PDF here) you can find an article about Social Networking with a few quotes from me. One example:

To clarify that: I want all those people to really know me. If I call one of those 500 people I want them to answer the phone and say ‘Hi Boris, how are you doing!’ and not ‘Excuse me, Boris who?’. The value of your network is not in the numbers but in the quality of the connection.
