Free: Expensive or Cheap?
One of my favorite quotes:
The big difference between sex for money and sex for free Is that sex for money usually costs a lot less!

It applies to all sorts of situations you encounter while doing business.
Investments that seem cheap, government grants that look like free money but come with all sorts of restrictions or people that want to work for shares instead of money.
Each time you have to think ‘Is this really cheap or will it turn out to be expensive in the long run‘.
You could also say ‘There is no such thing as a free lunch‘ but sex sells so I prefer the ‘Sex for Money’ version.
