Interesting list of books. It is nice to see that we share more than just the same tailor. I order a bunch a books every couple of months at Amazon.co.uk, which is often even cheaper than the .com version. Delivery is faster than from the US and furthermore you do not risk to pay taxes since the UK is (at least technically, albeit not mentally) part of the European Union. I once ordered around for around 150 euros books on Amazon.com, and when the package arrived I had to pay about same amount extra to customs. So to avoid these unpleasant surprises, just go to amazon.co.uk (or start you own bookstore, so you can enjoy the low prices publishers charge the bookstores!).
